BSPlayer è un lettore multimediale audio/video, utile soprattutto con i file muniti di sottotitoli, dei quali consente un'ottima visualizzazione. Personalizzabile nell'aspetto tramite apposite skin, leggero e veloce.

BSPlayer è un lettore multimediale, ideale per i file video con sottotitoli, infatti questo programma va a leggere automaticamente i sottotitoli associati ad un file per cui non dovete fare nessuna operazione complessa o noiosa per associare ad un file magari in lingua straniera il suo file di sottotitoli. Offre inoltre la possibilità di scegliere colore e font da utilizzare per visualizzare i sottotitoli. Il player offre ovviamente le classiche funzioni di riproduzione, punta insomma abbastanza sulle funzioni fondamentali e ben realizzate, in modo da essere veloce in avvio e in esecuzione invece che offrire funzioni meno utili che rallenterebbero il programma. L'aspetto grafico è personalizzabile tramite skins.

BSPlayer ha uno dei suoi punti di forza nella grande varietà di formati supportati: .avi, .mpg, .asf, .wmv; legge anche diversi file audio (.wav, .mp3, etc). Insomma un vero e proprio lettore universale, sono davvero pochi i formati audio/video che questo programma non è in grado di riprodurre.

Esistono due versioni del software: una free e una “plus”, che offre in più il supporto per periferiche di cattura e sintonizzazione (ad esempio per vedere la tv sul pc), un editor di sottotitoli integrato, la possibilità di catturare il video, un equalizzatore personalizzabile, la riproduzione di file dal web; inoltre può essere utilizzato per scopi commerciali e non solo per uso personale come invece è per la versione gratuita.

Se volete un player veloce e se siete spesso alle prese con dei file che necessitano di sottotitoli, BSPlayer può esservi molto utile.
