GOM Player è scaricabile gratuitamente e distribuito sotto licenza freeware, perfettamente compatibile con windows Vista. Il sito del produttore offre inoltre la possibilità di scaricare gratuitamente nuovi skin per modificare la grafica dell'interfaccia. L'interfaccia molto funzionale presenta una grafica piacevole e curata, riuscendo ad adattare lo schermo da 230x160 pixel a full screen.

GOM Player oltre ai diffusi SRT supporta sottotitoli in molti altri formati, come SMI, Rt e Sub. I testi in sovraimpressione possono essere personalizzati scegliendo margini, posizione, grandezza e font. I filmati video compressi possono essere codificati in numerosi modi diversi, per molti districarsi tra le decine di codec attualmente in circolazione non è una cosa facile.

Gom Player è un piccolo, pratico e gratuito visualizzatore di file video decisamente interessante dal punto di vista della semplicità, in quanto integra al suo interno tutti i tipi di codec presenti al momenti in circolazione come, XviD, DivX, FLV1, AC3, OGG, MP4, H263 e molti altri.
Nel caso in cui il filmato necessita di un codec proprietario, il player indica dove poterne scaricare uno alternativo opensource.

L'applicazione è scaricabile gratuitamente e distribuito sotto licenza freeware, perfettamente compatibile con Windows Vista e 7. L'interfaccia molto funzionale presenta una grafica piacevole e curata, riuscendo ad adattare lo schermo da 230x160 pixel a full screen.

Gom Player oltre ai diffusi SRT supporta sottotitoli in molti altri formati, come SMI, Rt e Sub. I testi in sovrimpressione possono essere personalizzati scegliendo margini, posizione, grandezza e font. Un pratico pannello di controllo consente di gestire rapidamente le caratteristiche del video, dell'audio, dei sottotitoli, della velocità e del periodo del filmato da visualizzare.

GOM Player ti offre tre modi di visualizzazione: normale, ad alta qualità (ideale per PC potenti) e modalità TV, pensata per i casi in cui vuoi vedere un video connettendo il computer al televisore.
